Deposit not returned
Really wish I had read this board before using this company.
The van was fine, it turned up and was collected on time, but three weeks later and they have still not returned my deposit. Emails are not answered, and on the phone I am continually told that the deposit is coming, but it doesn't arrive.
I guess small claims is the way forward.
