Disgusting and so blatant about it! - VAN HIRE


Clearly I'm not the first nor shall I be the last to be affected by these people. I have never encountered such appalling customer service in my life and the way I get spoken to when I ask for MY DEPOSIT to be returned is disgusting. In short, my deposit remains unreturned after 10 days and when I ring them the story varies from it'll be in your account Thursday, to it takes 7-10 working days to be refunded so they can't even get their own story straight. Their terms and conditions on their website state that "your deposit will be credited to your card once the vehicle is returned or collected without any damage..." and mentioning nothing of 10 working days or any timescale. The sooner this company is put out of business the better. DISGUSTING attitude.
