A1 National Van Hire Complaint


Unauthorised transaction and non refunded deposit - VAN HIRE

This company have not refunded the £250 deposit for the rental back in January, and I have not had a reason why that deposit is being held. In June they took an extra £250 from my account which was unauthorised. I've been in touch to get both these payments back and after promises to contact me were broken, I phone them up today. They've hung up on me once and when I got back in touch was told "Get your bank to sort it out." Do not use this company.
